The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment measures psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. MBTI consists of 16 personality types and gives teams a common language to help them understand and appreciate each other better. MBTI can be used to enhance teambuilding, coaching and leadership.

DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DiSC is centered around four different personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.

FourSight is an assessment that centers around four problem solving preference(s). This assessment helps individuals and teams to see what preference(s) they may have. Combining this assessment with creative problem solving training helps individuals and teams solve challenges and reach their goals more effectively.
